A safe space for you to connect with yourself, your baby and with other pregnant mums.
Pregnancy circles help you feel more confident, more prepared and help you to understand why being pregnant makes you feel the way you do. I guide you through relaxation techniques, birth preparation tips and help you to take the time out to really think about your baby, your pregnancy journey and birth. During each session I guide you through a specific topic of interest, which can range from techniques to help you cope with anxiety, to more practical issues such as what to pack in your hospital bag. There is always time to check in with each person to discuss how you are feeling physically and emotionally. We finish the session with a mindful, guided relaxation, helping you to feel calm and relaxed.
